Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with O-Furniture & Co. We want you to be delighted with your new furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your furniture. After this 14-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: The furniture must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Documentation: You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice and photo or video of the defect). 
  • Packing: Returning furniture without original packaging is not permitted, provided the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit, as sellers We can penalize you for damage caused by improper packing. The goal is to ensure the item is in resalable condition

3. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon arrival or defective: 
  • Custom-made/Customized orders: Furniture ordered to your specific specifications or custom colors.
  • Final Sale/Clearance: Items marked as final sale. 
  • Date of Return : if customer unable to return within the 14 day window we wont be able to issue a return item and refund will be void

4. Return Process & Costs

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it for damage or usage.
  3. Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, if the wrong item was sent or the item is damaged then we are obliged for a replacement and customer don't pay return shipping . 

5. Refunds
  • Approval: Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Deductions: If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing original packaging, a deduction in the refund amount may be applied. 

6. Damages & Manufacturing Defects
