- Standard Shipping: Items are delivered to the doorstep or place of your choosing . Often, one person must be present to sign the delivery form.
- Delivery Time: Generally, 10–15 working days for standard Shipping.
- Scheduling and Access: Delivery team will call to schedule a delivery window. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators before ordering.
- Damages and Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect furniture upon arrival. Damaged items should be noted on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves to facilitate replacements and photos should be taken for claims.
- Reporting Damages: Any visible damage or missing parts must be reported within the Prior time of delivery to qualify for a free replacement
- Fees: Shipping fees are usually calculated based on weight, dimensions, and distance from the warehouse depending on item.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Changes or cancellations usually must be made 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid restocking fees, which can result in no refund fee for the shipping.
- Returns: Returns are often not accepted after delivery they occur within 14 days after making the request of return
